Tragic Beginnings

Our owner experienced a nightmare with his C8. The company he went to ensured a quick, easy install at his home. Afterwards, he was upset to find out his car's fenders had been hacked apart inside, bolts missing because the installer stripped the hole, and no safety pins installed. He had to drive 9 hours away to track them down at a Corvette event they were attending to have them "fix it". When the owner of the company got started he stripped a bolt in a hole. He left and went to Harbor Freight to get a tap but of course that did not work and he ended up breaking a bit off inside where it is near impossible to remove. When asked what he was going to do, he said "Don't worry about it, you don't need all 4 to hold the door on." Then proceeded to leave with the bit still in and car in worse shape than it already was! This was the last straw. Our owner vowed to do a better company that cares about the cars and their owners with certified installers who have to go through specific training, who we gladly pay more to ensure install perfection! If any company asks you to purchase your kit ahead of time, beware! They have been black-listed from VDI and cannot purchase their own kits.
